Gluten-free food available mail-order
Gluten-free food can easily be bought mail-order - either by post, or by making a phone-call or over the internet. We use 'mail-order' to cover all these things - all shopping that doesn't involve going into a shop!
Here are a few of the mail-order suppliers here in the UK. There are of course a great many smaller companies providing wonderful food on-line, and all of the major supermarkets offer grocery delivery services, so if you order carefully, you can have gluten-free foods from them too.
