I’ve seen the menu, and I don’t think its going to work:

turkey and stuffing (stuffing – no!)

roast potatoes, mashed potatoes, vegetables (all OK, unless the roasts have been tossed in flour by the caterers to make them crispy – always a possibility. And I seem to remember that the mashed potatoes are dodgy too)

gravy (probably not OK)

christmas pudding (no chance)

white sauce (eew – and not gluten free)

iced chocolate stars (I’m guessing these are biscuits – so no, again)

mince pies (not a hope)

satsuma (yes! she could eat this!)

What do you think? If the turkey hasn’t been prestuffed with the stuffing, then her meal could be plain turkey, no gravy, various vegetables and a satsuma. If it has been, then its just the vegetables and a satsuma! Not very celebratory, but if the whole point of the event is to eat off the tray, then perhaps this won’t matter …

I could send in a homemade mince pie.
