Glutafin – paying attention

Jam DoughnutsI was very impressed today to read (on the messageboard) first a post saying:

We got this email from glutafin:

Now we’re part of Dr Schär, Europe’s Number 1 gluten-free food company, it’s cheaper than ever to call our Careline. Why not give us a ring on our new local rate Careline 0845 603 9895.

As we pay a one off monthly charge for all 01 and 02 numbers, the new 0845 number will actually be MORE expensive – not less.

And then a reply on the messageboard from Glutafin, six hours later:

Please note you can still also call us on our main switchboard number 01249466270.

Best wishes

Glutafin

Now, there’s a company which pays attention to the views of their client base, knows where to look to find their customers, and makes their responses publicly.

Jam doughnut for Glutafin! (I wish …)

I’ve written a book summarising what we’ve learnt over 20 years of dealing with the gluten free diet, and it might be just what you’re looking for. It packs the lessons we’ve learned into what I hope is a helpful and straightforward guidebook. It’s available on Amazon, as a paperback or for your Kindle…

I’m having no luck getting an email to you,is there an agent in the US where I can get the products I was used to having on prescription in the UK?I hope you are considering the market here, the fresh bread alone would have to be a winner.I cannot find anything to compare with Glutafin. Also,I need a recipe for making bread from your G/F-W/F MIX in a bread machine. Thanks in anticipation. Hi Pauline – thanks for visiting. I’m afraid I’m not Glutafin, but I’ve forwarded your questions to them, and I hope they’ll reply direct to you. If they reply to me, I’ll let you know …
