In case you still haven’t bought Easter Eggs – here’s the link to the Coeliac UK list of gluten free Easter Eggs for 2007 in the UK. (This is a PDF, but quite a small one). Here’s the list for Ireland … I haven’t been able to find a summary list for the US – does anyone know of one?
For my three, I’ve bought eggs from Thorntons, who keep a list in the store of what is and isn’t OK to eat. I’ve bought one of each (dark, milk, white) because my three have wildly different tastes (which makes mealtimes fun!). These are unstuffed eggs, so I’ve also chosen to buy Cadbury’s mini eggs in tiny tubes. I also chose a box of tiny mixed chocolate eggs for Himself.
Wonder if I’ll get an egg?
I’ve written a book summarising what we’ve learnt over 20 years of dealing with the gluten free diet, and it might be just what you’re looking for. It packs the lessons we’ve learned into what I hope is a helpful and straightforward guidebook. It’s available on Amazon, as a paperback or for your Kindle… |
