Gluten Free Fish and Chips – new website now live

I have previously posted about gluten free fish and chips – now Green Island Chippy have a website to help communicate this to the world. (Disclosure – I built the site for them).

If you are in the Macclesfield-Congleton area, and fancy fish and chips, do go – and spread the word that gluten free fish and chips are available. They’re using the Glu-2-Go batter, and it is very good! People are coming to the chippy from all over the place, because the gluten free fish is so good – and for many coeliacs, it has been many years since they had such a treat.

I’ve written a book summarising what we’ve learnt over 20 years of dealing with the gluten free diet, and it might be just what you’re looking for. It packs the lessons we’ve learned into what I hope is a helpful and straightforward guidebook. It’s available on Amazon, as a paperback or for your Kindle…
