Have you seen this fish finger?

youngs-fish-fingers

Have you seen these yet?

GFF Direct have a page inviting us to pre-order; they’re supposed to be available mid-June.

We’ve tried fish fingers from the supermarkets (Tesco and Sainsburys) and not been particularly impressed. The children prefer homemade… But we’ll definitely try these – if we can find them.

I can’t find any information about them on the Young’s website, though there’s lots of promotional material about their new packaging. This seems odd: you’d think, if you were about to provide something like this, you’d at least have a press release or something in a ‘new products’ area.

So – have you seen them?

I’ve written a book summarising what we’ve learnt over 20 years of dealing with the gluten free diet, and it might be just what you’re looking for. It packs the lessons we’ve learned into what I hope is a helpful and straightforward guidebook. It’s available on Amazon, as a paperback or for your Kindle…

Yes, I successfully bought some in my local Morrisons the other day and tried them last night. The fish is them is more meaty than the offerings of Tesco and Sainsbury’s and they crisped up well. I’ll definitely buy them again!

Oo, in Morrisons! We’ve got one of those near us, so I’ll go and rummage around in their freezers… Thanks!

Hi Pinky – do let us know what you thought. I went to Tesco yesterday, but no sign of them in our small store. I’ve yet to get to Morrisons…
