How often do you come in from a long day and wish there was something you could just stick in the oven to heat up?
Today I came across Intolerable Food, which is a mail-order firm offering meat, fish and vegetarian ready meals which are both gluten and dairy free. I haven’t tried them yet, but they certainly look good, and having a couple of these in the freezer might just give you a much needed extra half-hour one evening, with your feet up and a glass of wine in your hand. And what a brilliant name!

It packs the lessons we’ve learned into what I hope is a helpful and straightforward guidebook. It’s available on Amazon, as a paperback or for your Kindle…
